Why do I carry all this with me? I have two reasons, one being that I have to eat correctly for my body. The second reason is that I do not trust processed junk food in restaurants. The more we learn to be self-sufficient and do for ourselves, the healthier we will be. Is it a lot of extra work? It sure is! Is it worth the effort? Definitely.
