My Journey and Goals
I got away from all this for quite a while. I tried to hold on, but things got bad and I got lost. I am working on becoming rooted again and remembering who I am.
I rededicated myself to my Journey and Goals so that I can be the best me.
I try to eat as naturally as possible.
I believe that homemade is the best type of food for me.
I skip processed foods completely if I have my choice.
I also drink about half my weight in ounces of purified water a day.

I move my body as much as possible.
I love hiking, but I got really sick and I am working back up to it!

Protecting our Earth Mother is also extremely important to me.
I'm believe in being responsible and loving on our Mother the way we should.

I do my best to take time out from stress as much as possible
so that I am living slow, simply, and intentionally in the moment.

Spending time out in Mother Nature makes me the happiest.
I try to get as much sunshine as I can.

I make and use homemade natural remedies from whole foods and herbs.
(PLEASE NOTE: I am not a doctor and home remedies are a personal choice.
I go to the doctor when there is something wrong outside what I can handle.)
I also experiment with recipes for homemade personal care and cleaning products
that are safer and not so toxic as store brands.

Last but not least, I take time for Spirituality.
I honor the Goddess in all things.
